Case in Point

• An 8-room OR with capacity issues required analysis of surgical block allocations, utilization, and the division of available resources. We worked with the administrator and key medical staff leadership to smooth out the schedule and re-allocate available block time to allow for other community physicians to gain surgical time and keep the OR running.
